Refund Policy
From the time you get your item request a return under our same-day return policy. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
You can get in touch with us at cs@shoppingstore.ae to begin a return. Please be aware that returns must go to the same person who delivered the product to you. In the event that your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won’t accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund. Issues and Damages!
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
Items That Are Exempt Or Not Returnable!
Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like customized orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like cosmetics) are some examples of items that cannot be returned. Gases, volatile liquids, and hazardous goods are also not returnable to us. If you have inquiries or concerns about a particular item, do get in touch. Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges!
Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.
Refunds!
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. Within 10 business days, if accepted, your initial payment method will instantly be returned. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund. Please email us at cs@shoppingstore.ae if more than 15 business days have passed since we accepted your return.
